Counselling gives you the chance to move towards a happier and more fulfilling life by exploring your problems whilst being listened to and supported. Counselling allows you to share your experiences and problems in complete confidence and in a non-judgemental space. You are respected as an individual and you can talk freely, and feel valued, supported and back in control.
Counselling with me will guide you towards finding solutions to your problems and the way in which we can sometimes negatively think and behave, that has been hard wired into our minds through childhood and throughout our life.
I work towards finding solutions and helping you reach your desired goals in a jargon-free approach. The different methods that I use in counselling include psychodynamic, CBT, Person-centered, Gestalt, positive psychology, solution-focused brief therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
Your wellbeing and the reasons you come to counselling are paramount and are always at the very heart of how I work. I know this all feels so daunting but I'll be with you every step of the way drawing on my personal and professional experience, helping you to work towards your desired goals, and begin to live life to the full.
Don't suffer in silence, talk to someone today....
